loved some of the people i dealt with at the agencies

You cannot get ahead unless you are a relative to someone in charge or .....(fill in the blank) Employees that play around and get away with so much. Meanwhile, others that actually work are watched like hawks and bullied. People in management that should NOT be in management. I have seen someone get passed over for a promotion in a dept that they actually went to college for and did an awesome job. The person that got the job didn't have the back ground and was related to a VP. I think in the initial start up, the goals were meaningful, now it is just about how big they can get and how much upper management can get paid. If you are below that, well, good luck.
