LHC Group is a great place to work. There are so many knowledgeable people working for this company and each one of them are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need to succeed. They have written job aides for EVERYTHING!! They have online courses that will teach you anything you want to know about home healthcare and the administrative side of home healthcare. The pay is comparable and there are bonuses, and incentives depending on your position. There is plenty of room for advancement if you so desire, and being nationwide, where ever you desire. There are stock options, 401k with a company match, medical, dental and vision benefits.
Cons
The only drawback to LHC group is the medical benefits could be better and less expensive.
