      Pros

      None. Terrible company, they do not respect you or your license.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. 2. Pay is poor. 3. They do not care about you personally, you are just a number or productivity balance. 4. Upper management, Directors, PCMs, Area Vice President's, lie, backstab, only promote from within their circle. 5. They do not care about the patients, only revenue. 6. Office culture is TOXIC. 7. I am sure HR will respond to this with some scripted BS like they have on other reviews. 7. Raises are very poor. 8. No bonuses given. 9. Run away.

      Pros

      Autonomy, days go by quick, expectations are defined.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload/cases. Expected to fulfill number of points per week. Charting beyond business hours every day. Start of care visits also included hands on care. One visit took 3 hours because of 8 wounds and that didn’t include documentation. Oasis is tedious and comprehensive. Territory was supposed to be 10 minutes from home; it was not. Sometimes 45 minutes between each case with 5-6 cases for the day. Totally unmanageable for a seasoned and organized nurse. I cannot imagine how it would be for a less experienced nurse. Overworked and overwhelmed my entire time. I learned a lot from training modules but then you’re out on your own to troubleshoot. Unless you’re willing to hustle every single day and are willing to chart during dinner time and then still take time to confirm next day’s appointments, stay away.
