I've been working at LIDD Real Estate as a Business Development Representative for 6 months and I love it. In the past, I have struggled to find a job which I am passionate about and also has a great work culture - it always seemed as it was one or the other, but never both. I can wholeheartedly say this has been my favourite place to work and I actually wake up every day excited to come into the office. It is a small office with a fun and supportive team that are there to help you grow and to motivate you to succeed. Here are my favourite things about working at LIDD: - Close knit team that always have your back and push you to grow - Great location (downtown Toronto, easy access to public transport) - Intelligent employees and management, people you can learn from - Fun work events in Toronto and Montreal - Summer Party, Christmas Party, Forum - Employees from all over the world - very culturally diverse - You are not micromanaged and are trusted to complete your work on time
