      Pros

      The people and the environment make work easy to get up in the morning. Some people grind 5 days a week, and hate their job. Never felt that way for me working here. I met so many people and enjoyed working for or with all of them. Sure there are some bad eggs in every group, that comes with life. I have made so many friends in the years I have worked for Linx.

      Cons

      Traveling got tricky in times, however, that comes with the job. I knew what I was getting into! Any business can be cut throat and people want to advance, and will do anything to get there. Doing your job and doing it well, will help people see the haters, and define you as a person and employee.

      Pros

      They will pay you per diem to travel, but do not come in expecting to be provided the opportunity if you did not get signed on as a traveler. Also, I hear working for them in other states is a lot better.

      Cons

      Leadership at this company has displayed favoritism, racial bias and lack of integrity, transparency. Do not except a contracting role, do not go beyond your normal duty. You will not be rewarded. Do not accept any promotional responsibility without promotional pay. If you do want to work with this company you will have to know you are joining up with a wild bunch whose only care about their own bonuses and covering themselves.
