Constantly meddling with job titles, pay structure, company vision. This year they created a whole new level of midlevel managers, promoting from within. Literally a few short months into it, they decided it was a bad idea and canned most of the guys they just promoted "because of their ability and knowledge". Don't listen to input from long time employees in the field. Horrible pay, they will buy a company come in and slash salaries by 50% without batting an eye. "Take it or leave it".
