      Pros

      Stable and consistent schedule, fair pay, and good benefits. Overall great place to work with strong job security. Love learning and growing with the company. I want to continue to improve, for others' benefit also.

      Cons

      Frustrations and stressful sometimes, but that's actually going to be the case anywhere. So, no really valid complaints.

      Pros

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
