      Has health insurance. Publicly held fortune 500 company. Not your typical automotive recycler well organized. inventory available from many regional locations. Multi state Shuttle.

      Cons

      Computer systems all ways down or slow. Inventory systems confusing. Management positions filled by family not by qualified individuals. Every year do more for less money.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
