      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. No manager standing over me, i am left alone to do my job. I always know what I have to do and am trusted to do it. I couldn't ask for a better job. The company is very environmentally conscious.

      Cons

      Communication is somewhat lacking, but if you ask questions you will eventually get what you need. Change is frequent here and it can get disorienting at times.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
