      Friendly and relaxed work environment with a focus on learning in most departments. Strong management in leadership in some, but not all departments.

      Cons

      Poor compensation: to include salary, PTO holidays and benefits packages. Promises not kept by upper management regarding better work/home balance and a lack of accountability for "dinosaur" management.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
