Awful experience. Quit for my sanity. - Order Picker LKQ Employee Review

Due to poor management, the slack on policies means that they'll whip one out just to attack you if they're in a poor mood. If asked to see where the policies are written in order to educate yourself, they won't provide you with any. Policies seem to be made up on the spot. The management, especially the general manager, is awful. You're never given track-able goals, they don't look for your strengths, only your weaknesses. They don't reward you for hard work, but they'll punish you for every fault. Posters everywhere about how a healthy workplace operates and values to work by, but NONE of them are followed by this awful management.
