      Pros

      You may have nice co-workers who create a team effort mentality and work hard together. Most days, it was the people & the paycheck that kept me going back.

      Cons

      Bereavement Policy was obviously written by someone who does not have and does not value family. 1 day is given for a brother or sister, that is pitiful. It doesn't even consider aunts, uncles & cousins. You would think they would be worth 1 day for at least family services.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
