Pros

Potential to make good money but it's so unfair and accounts are not equally distributed.

Cons

A very micro-managing and negative leadership culture. None of them have leadership skills. They constantly berate their employees and only care about the next sale. They'll fire anyone and they do, as long as they don't quit first. They fire at least one person a month; the turn-over rate is very high. Management treats you like a call-center and they have no ability to see things from a big picture perspective. This could be a great place to work if they didn't use fear as a managing strategy.

Pros

Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

Cons

Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
