      Pros

      Steady job and don’t matter what you pay check is safe every other week

      Cons

      Not a bad company the only problem is they forgot how is the money makers , the delivery drivers need to get paid more than 13 an hr because we face costumer deal with all the salesman lies and all the delays and we are the ones that finish the sales, and Corp don’t see that’s is the true they don’t want to see it, they cutting overtime and without that the drivers will not make a living and they will go to another company

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
