The audit department doesn’t offer much growth opportunities. Good place for a job and not a career. The department leadership focuses more on the c level and less on their own people. Often times they also lie to staff regarding promotions and changes to the department. Agreed with other poster on professionalism by the current director. Lots of travel and last minute changes to schedule make it hard for people to have predictability to their lives. Not much guidance and clarity regarding tasks and projects from the director.
