      Allows a learning curve, access to pluralsight, whatever you need to get the job done.

      Cons

      Isn't a tech firm, to them IT is just a resource, so be sure to carry your weight and be knowledgable about the profitibility of your Line of Business and the future of automotive automation which could strongly impact this business model. No structure for planned promotion, get in good with your boss.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
