Very unorganized - MRO Buyer LKQ Employee Review

I was there for almost 3 years and in that time was given little to no direction in my roll. My hourly rate would never have been able to support me if I was not married. I was making less than $17/hour. I was never given any room for advancement or any proper training in my job. Most of the time I was doing nothing. My manager did not have any communication with me after I submitted my notice. A comment was made "Have you reached the end of the internet?" was uttered to me in passing and that was it. The department head of the department I was in spoke to me about six times in the three years I was there.
