Pros
Nothing good will come from you working here, nowhere to grow, hourly only, no commission or even a Christmas card, forget a present or bonus! Management knowledge lacks, senior salesmen are amazing at their jobs so management don't mess with them, new sales people beware.
Cons
2 of the 3 Managers that run the office are nice unfortunately the 3rd one will ruin this corporations facility if not addressed properly, his lack of knowledge for basic manager-employee professional relationship is unbelievable and the fact that the other 2 managers are aware of this behavior and have done nothing to correct it is even more incredible. If it happens to be you like it happened to me, and he does not like you for an unknown reason, prepare yourself to be harassed, victimized and have a hostile work environment for the amount of time you stand to work here. I loved the people I work with, the job itself is not bad, answer the phone, look up the part sell it, but to be disrespected and targeted by email & in person non-stop to the point that it made my work life so uncomfortable I had to walk out. I do not recommend this position to any bilingual or female applicants.
