Pros
Very team oriented. Meeting once a week to keep up on safety, and keep on track with what goals management has for you. Commission based pay. When I worked there They had a pay grade system of A B C cars. A pays 100(AWD cars/European) B pays 90(RWD cars) and C pays 75(FWD cars). I typically did 2 to 3 cars a day. I did 11 to 12 cars a week. If you hit your goal before Friday most of the time they will let you go home and be done for the week.
Cons
They only let you listen to 98.5 radio station. I personally don't care to listen to it and the only reason they choose that station is to not offend anyone, which is understandable however who is to say that station is not offensive to someone else. Or that another station could not be a option. The only other con is this job is very hard on your body. Specifically your wrists( because you use an impact 95 percent of the time), and your back, because you will be moving and bending over constantly.
