      If the sales are good commissions will be good! Company has good benefits . No weekends 8am-5pm !

      Cons

      Have received 3 pay cuts since I’ve started. Seems like the company is pushing towards being fully automated. Managers don’t help!!

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
