Poor Management/ one sided HR department - Calibration Technician LKQ Employee Review

Management is not reprimanded or questioned when a situation comes to attention, HR is a joke and is only there to help management not the employees, bait and switch pay offer salary then change pay plan to push employees to overtime but not compensated due to comision base pay. Poor training, company ignoring service information and specifications requirements and allowing service to be performed in harsh conditions and environments. (Precision calibrations need specific work areas to be performed correctly)
