      Pros

      I have been working in this organization for the past 4 years, LKQI is best to work with a friendly nature organization and having best work life balance. LKQI is best at member engagement by conducting various sports events throughout the year where employees will engage with other process employees. Company will care for the employees, giving equal opportunity to all. Recognize the employees efforts and give appreciation on time. I am happy to be part of this organization.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
