Aggressive IT Leader- LKQI - Subject Matter Expert LKQ Employee Review

I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the behavior of our practice lead and manager. It has come to my attention, and the attention of many colleagues, that they have displayed unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times, aggressive traits in their interactions with the team. These behaviors have created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere within the team, which ultimately affects our overall morale and productivity. It is important for any leader to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and unfortunately, these traits have had the opposite effect.
