Highly skillful colleagues and peers globally, Knowledgeable, supportive and people focused management. Fine work-life balance, trainings and financial benefits. Great exposure to work on planning, design, implementation and managing every latest technology, soft and hardware in the Data Centers.
Cons
Unlike Indian services companies, no big pool of unutilized resources/bench. So difficult for under-performing/non-performing members. Still management is supportive enough to coach, train accommodate at max possible
