      Pros

      You can earn money....As a route driver there is plenty of overtime. Since the hourly pay is so grossly underwhelming the OT is the only thing that allows me to afford working here. The health insurance isn't too expensive!

      Cons

      No incentives, promotions, recognition, or even acknowledgment of hard work. Long thankless hours that leave you regretting each and every decision that led you to apply for LKQ. Zero opportunity for advancement or professional growth. NO raises ever, no matter what.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
