Amazing co workers, worked with great doctors/NP as well

terrible management. CEO does not care about employees, only his bonuses. Terrible PTO/benefits. Pay is awful, no room for growth

Benefits were okay, got worse the longer I was there. They went from BCBS to a self funded insurance plan and the price got high.

Cons

No training for roles, extremely high turnover, directors over the physicians division are a joke. I worked there for a year before I met my manager in person. It was all over the phone. Very political.
