Good exposure to great customers. There are good people just bad ownership. The technology works. This is a very dangerous career choice.

Cons

Terrible backstabbing. Take advantage of people at every turn. Look down on everyone and laugh about it. Always scheming. Decades of turnover issues that is well noticed in the industry. You will get associated with the culture by people outside the company. It is everyone else’s fault.

The pay. It was the only plus

I was to replace a supervisor, which was confusing because in my line of work the person I was replacing (a younger 30 year old guy) did, was, and continued to do fantastic with the employees, production tracking, and lean manufacturing. I was getting the feeling that he was going to run away from the position as soon as I got up to speed. Helped me every step of the way. They let me go, then shortly after let him go. And from what I’ve heard from employees, the place has crashed and burned since then. Avoid this company at ALL costs.
