Pros
The product itself, the technology of it alone is so interesting to learn about. The Southwest Division itself is located perfectly among many companies in the industry who benefit from this product so selling it is exciting. The owner I work for is very compassionate about his business, very eager to invest in his employees and works hard to create a work/life balance for us all. He promotes individual thinking and allows for feedback, encouraging each person to suggest processes instead of dictating how something has to be. He welcomes ideas/thoughts. He doesn't micro manage or dictate proving that he is hiring the right people in place to do the job with minimal supervision. A professional working environment.
Cons
If your not use to a small office setting where some days require all hands on deck with no job title just jump in and get it done - this would not be a fit for you. HOWEVER if you are a person can benefit from learning the A to Z of this job this this Con is really more of a "pro" so it is all in your attitude. Insurance - however compensation is provided in other ways to offset the expense but in the future as we grow we could easily turn this con into a pro by hopefully expanded the benefits offered to include insurance at a group rate.
