Pros
Worked at LP for 5.5 years, good benefits, and great company to work for if you have goals and want to move up within the company, lots of room to grow.
Cons
not too many cons, obviously working in manufacturing the air quality/level of dust you are exposed to isn't the best. and the temperature inside the mill is warm (nice perk in the winter, not the best in the summer)
