      A paycheck and a job while it lasts

      Cons

      Horrible leadership at the top. Ridiculous pay structure and territory assignment by either remodeling or new construction. Makes no sense. SalesForce all day every day and DEI to make your head spin. Absolutely horrible experience as the company is now rudderless.
