Cons
Leadership culture in certain organizations has become toxic and demoralizing. Employees are living in fear, empowerment is a buzzword thrown around in town halls but nowhere to be found in practice, and morale is at an all-time low. Constant layoffs have created an atmosphere of anxiety and instability that makes it nearly impossible to do your best work.
