Pros

There are some good people that you meet along the way.

Cons

You get yelled at by frustrated advisors all day - timed breaks and they are strict on it. Calls are rightfully so monitored but when it comes time to review if you have the wrong manager they nitpick everything and talk down to you. Example: got yelled at for not saying my full name. I personally felt uncomfortable giving my full name (which is unique - easy to find on social media/other information) to angry strangers who are mad enough to yell at me and belittle me as human on the phone about problems I didn't cause.

I loved my internship here. It was very immersive and everyone was very kind and supportive. Loved the team I worked with.

Cons

Could have been a bit more to do.

Pros

Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

Cons

Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
