      Work-life balance is non-existent. Your happiness and experience at LPL really depends on your direct manager and which department you are in.

      I loved my internship here. It was very immersive and everyone was very kind and supportive. Loved the team I worked with.

      Pros

      Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
