Pros
Monday thru Friday Paid on time LTCG really put things into perspective for me like: do not to take the great job i have now for granted.
Cons
The people who train you are very nice, but they couldn't even take a phone call because they wouldn't know what to do. So you spend two weeks learning about company history instead of getting prepared for your role. If you are really good they will assign you off the phone work to do. You will not get time off the phones to complete it or get a raise, but you have to figure out a way to do the work. Fun stuff. We used to only take 20% of the phone calls of a highly respected LTC Company, then we took over 100% of the calls (because LTCG is pennies on the dollar cheaper with their workers and processes) and drove that company's respected reputation right into the ground. I guess you do get what you pay for. If you take pride in your work, and are a great employee, do not waste your time. Any good employee leaves. I left on good terms, so im not bitter or salty, this is just 100% pure honesty. Oh and the pay is terrible. If i could put zero stars i would've put that. There's plenty more to be said, but i dont want to come off as mean.
