Where do I start - Telephonic Interviewer LTCG Employee Review

Slave driving. Horrible email etiquette between supervisors and staff they talk to people like children. No consistency with protocols and every carrier has a different request. OA is different for every interview done Bc a new person is underwriting if it’s not their way they will state an error with a file when you try to rebuttal or justify it is not heard and ignored. Mandatory OT happens a lot. Understaffed and not sure how that is possible or why they would schedule applicants on top of each other. Applicants angry all the time and I can understand their frustration Bc if it’s done to employees and can only imagine the half told information to them.
