Pros
They allow their employees to choose if they want to WFH, or if they want to work in the office, the employee is allowed to choose how often they would like to go. This is only required to know if you need a permanent desk or if you want to just use the more temporary office spaces available.
Cons
Only cons are they are growing so fast, there is a lot of work to be done!
