Will hire you under a smaller company's name to be FMLA exempt. I officially work for PatriotRN, but all hardware, software, and training materials are labeled LTCG. Pay is ABYSMAL. Less than $40k annually for a job requiring a bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field!! Company culture is strange- obsessed with the "leadership" hierarchy. Expect to have issues with IT nearly every day. IT is a call center, difficult to get anything resolved quickly. They eliminated the phone call team, so currently claims examiners are expected to make phone calls as well as our normal work. Of course, this increase in responsibility is neither reflected in my pay nor in the production requirements.
