Pay does not match responsibilities - POS Analyst LTCG Employee Review

The medical benefits need changing. They do not pay based on experience or knowledge. They overlook those who could be in management and hire others to be managers that do not know how to manage or cannot help the team. The management team in office are atrocious and do not know how to communicate.
