Impressive infrastructure and modern office spaces. HR department is actually helpful. They're well-managed and responsive. Good last-mile transportation options from metro stations and then cab facilities for late shifts. Company offers excellent opportunities for employees in strategic or core roles, though those in support functions may find growth and recognition comparatively limited imo.
Cons
Just found out they call medical leave ‘sick leave,’ but there’s actually ZERO real SICK LEAVE?? That’s wild and kinda heartless (Thank god Karnataka made menstrual leave mandatory or I’d legit die of burn out). If the sick leave policy is this heartless, it screams everything you need to know about how little they value employee well being. Other than that Compensation practices need improvement with salary hikes and bonuses and weekend work for support role blurs boundaries with zero additional compensation
