Pros
The company is fine, but without asking me anything or checking my interests, they assigned me to the SAP domain. It’s been 7 months now, and I’m still struggling because my interest lies in the Data domain. That said, the environment and the people here are good; the employees are quite helpful
Cons
There are no appraisals in this company at all. Based on what I've heard from the seniors here, people have to wait for 3 to 4 years just to get a tiny increment
