Good work culture, company provides up skilling opportunities. Overall the atmosphere is good. There are multiple office locations.

After merger there was a kind of disconnect between management and employees. We got to know about appraisal cycle from news, no official email was sent. After merger the Transition was not smooth and employees feel work culture was better before merger. increment is not up to the market or the work load.
