Toxic culture with no salary increases for years - Manager LTM Limited Employee Review

One of the most toxic workplaces i have worked. They have given 0 hike for the last few years. They give hike for new joiners but do not give any hike thereafter. The culture is toxic - layoffs, bullying by senior employees.
