Get to work with lots of great smart people. They offer lots of great training and learning experiences through mentorship, online courses, and training sessions to keep up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
Cons
It's a very large company with very large clients so it's complicated to understand and navigate the leadership or feel seen or heard. The online portal for HR matters is a little difficult to use. The salary and benefits aren't very competitive. Hours/schedule can be long and irregular.
