Pros
It (was) a great place to work and learn from and probably it will get better in the coming years.
Cons
Disregarded their current employees, devalued with the pay scale being promised not being reflected over the cycles. I hope we can blame the newer management and the merger is to be blamed but at the time like this the employees are the sufferers.
