Pros

Work life balance was very good. You can always say no, and they won't judge you. Can ask for anything(projects, technologies to work)

Cons

Lesser development projects. Benefits have been revised in a negative way appraisal have been shifted three months this year. food benefits have been limited to one meal or one snack cab facilities - pick up has been removed for non night shift employees

Pros

None at this point — even the one thing that held some value (2-day hybrid schedule) is being taken away.

Cons

Salary is well below market compared to other third-party/staffing companies in this space. Upper management promotes based on loyalty and submissiveness rather than competence, which shows in how projects are run. Poor management decisions have led to losing multiple projects/clients. Heavy workload with no corresponding salary increases — raises don't keep pace with the demands. Little to no work culture; feels transactional rather than supportive. Benefits declined significantly after the merger with LTI and Mindtree. Before that, this was a genuinely good place to work with strong benefits. Overall, hard to recommend as a place to build a long-term career.
