If the Manager doesn't like you they try to cut down your payments by not approving your time sheet at their wish. Even if you have attended calls in record for the entire day the Manager yet here has the authority to nullify your working hours to his/her wish and lead you for salary deduction by simply not approving the time sheet.

Pros

None at this point — even the one thing that held some value (2-day hybrid schedule) is being taken away.

Cons

Salary is well below market compared to other third-party/staffing companies in this space. Upper management promotes based on loyalty and submissiveness rather than competence, which shows in how projects are run. Poor management decisions have led to losing multiple projects/clients. Heavy workload with no corresponding salary increases — raises don't keep pace with the demands. Little to no work culture; feels transactional rather than supportive. Benefits declined significantly after the merger with LTI and Mindtree. Before that, this was a genuinely good place to work with strong benefits. Overall, hard to recommend as a place to build a long-term career.
