-Exploiting the talent for working visas-sponsorshop - paying them less as a result -Employees are beyond demotivated -Product and services are below industry average -Pay is below average US hours are rough as the majority of employees are offshore -IT services are terrible, they won't even approve you for a monitor adapter. -No ergo set up -Not even a keyboard during onboarding -HR tracks your time clocked in, like you're an hourly employee, even though you're not even a consultant -System and access is difficult and time consuming -lots of folks just push people around to get work done, but no one is really doing anything -lots of monkeys and blind leadership -i can see how noone would expect a promotion
