Great team but worst management - Power BI Engineer LTM Limited Employee Review

I worked in Mindtree and needed my payslips for my H1B RFE. I contacted various departments and requested them my payslips as I lost my access to them. They told me they cannot access the first 3 months of my payslips but can only give the ones after that. I requested them many times and they stopped responding to both emails and calls due to which I had to withdraw my H1 application on the suggestion of my attorney
