It pays the bills , it used to be a great job it was fun you didn’t even mind being there now the whole place is just depressing

Zero hr presence we haven’t had a hr team in nearly a year , management could care less about the one hr person we do have not doing their job They tell you to come to them with concerns but that’s a joke they don’t care about you or your concerns which is sad bc honestly it used to be a fun place to work but now it’s just depressing
