Pros

They house the most iconic brands in the industry, which come with a fair bit of clout as a sales rep.

Cons

They continue to adjust the pay structure to insure we are payed less and less each quarter—Whether it’s cutting off the gas reimbursement/vehicle maintenance reimbursement; or completely removing our commission. This company is also a micromanaging nightmare to work for, and upper management/HR refuse to act when faced with countless outcries from employees.
